Jean-Désiré Kouassi

Jean-Désiré Kouassi, based in Abidjan, Ivory Coast, is a visionary communications manager, specialising in youth engagement, advocacy and digital communication. He is the founder of Be Digit Wise, a social organisation that to date (Spring 2024) has trained over 1,500 young leaders in digital skills. Jean-Désiré also works as a consultant for Concerto, a global public affairs consultancy, and holds a bachelor's degree in linguistics and English literature, along with certifications in public policy and social media marketing. He has been honoured with the Most Supportive Participant Award from the Young African Leadership Initiative and has been recognized as Best Social Media Manager by Iowa University and Colleges Media and Newspapers.
