The European Leadership Initiative (ELI) helps committed activists reach their potential. Joining ELI is free and gives activists access to a supportive learning environment, which in turn allows them to further develop their political positions and leadership skills within a culturally diverse European (supranational) context. ELI is built around the Democracy School’s international peer-learning programme for political activists. This is a flexible, modular programme, which is adapted to each member’s individual learning needs. Participants join the School as associates and over the course of 12 to 24 months learn the craft and art of learning facilitation, using the Democracy School’s unique learning methodology.
