We are keen to place as many of our faculty members as possible with clients, either individually or in teams, on whatever basis is acceptable and beneficial to both sides (contract, interim or permanent).
Depending on the type of placement and the client’s needs, the School will either charge a one-off fee for services rendered or provide this service for free if the client is willing to support the School in other ways, for example by paying for the recruit's continuing practice development through the School.
Whilst recognising that redundancy always entails hardship, we are particularly concerned about the loss of soft and specialist skills as a result of the current restructuring of the UK public sector (public administration).
